This one started off as my first attempt to capture a gum nut realistically...of course it became more mystical and more a reflection of the energy signature of a gum nut...and then I realised something was missing....
I had a beautiful little card print of a fairy by a wonderful Melbourne artist Pamela Schofield hanging on my wall...so I sketched it into the painting, altering it to look like my youngest daughter and it was perfect!
